Master Technician Service Manager

Jill Trotta has been in the Automotive Repair business for over 17 years. Starting out as a technician, she earned the rank of ASE Master Tech. Her love of people brought her out of
the shop and into customer contact positions. She has worked for GM, Honda, Dinan Engineering, and Dayton Automotive in positions ranging from Service Advisor to General Manager.
