Service Assistant
Audrey has always loved cars. Her father, a mechanic, exposed her to automotive technology at the age of seven.
Before joining LadyParts Auto, Audrey worked with litigation and corporate lawyers for firms like Skadden Arps and Jones Hall, as a legal secretary and word processor. Accustomed to fast-paced environments, with many years experience in customer service, working for companies such as Bank of America and Skywest United Express, she has always loved serving and being with clients.
After exploring a variety of careers, Audrey realized that not only did she enjoy learning, but wanted to be in the automotive industry. As the Service Assistant for LadyParts Auto, she is able to do what she's best at, while being in an industry which she loves. With the passion for cars and people, she supports the Service Manager in the everyday operations of the shop. She makes sure that every customer that walks in the door is accurately scheduled, checked in and welcomed. She contacts customers regarding their vehicle recommendations and makes sure that the customer database is current and impeccable.
