What strongly differentiates us is that our services are designed and created with a woman in mind! Women from all walks of life can relate to feeling intimidated and inferior when dealing with the automotive industry.

Auto repair, until now, is NOT "woman" friendly. It feels like you walked into a whole new world. We don't understand what's going on, but we need our CARS. It's difficult to go to a shop and trust someone who communicates with you in technical jargon "YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND!" How can you agree if you don't get it?

At LadyParts Automotive, because it's designed by a customer FOR customers, we communicate in a language you can relate to and understand. When it gets too "techy," that becomes our problem and you as a customer have the right to let us know you "don't get it."

Our commitment to delivering impeccable service drives us to improve the front and back of the shop, constantly staying up-to-date with training and certifications for our techs, while surveying each customer to know how to better meet their expectations.
